However on a consumer level it’s not, as I’ve stated it causes less competition, which lowers quality and increases prices.

Look at PC GPUs for example, one side is crap, so the other side makes slight changes and overcharges.

MS makes all their money from their CCS, AI and P&B business processing segment.

Cloud computing services (Azure, MS 365, security management solutions etc)

Intelligent cloud segment (which is similar but a different division)

Productivity and business processes segment
