Sulfate and silicone shampoos tend to dry out your hair. Over the long-term that's a lot of damage to the quality of your hair.

Sulfate-free and silicone-free shampoo is very important. While they don't mind what goes on their body I do. Since getting into skincare & haircare a year or 2 ago, I now care about everything that goes onto my body. Keeping my body tenderly taken care of is of high importance.

Ran out of my favorite shampoo by Love Beauty & Planet murumuru butter rose. Had a bottle of Molton Brown but contains sulfates. Oh, but they're like sulfates are used in Japan so safe to use. No, it isn't! Their argument is like if others do it, it's fine for you to do it.

I follow celebrities on Twitter, have to say was hoping to see celebs with glamorous lifestyles. Some of the stars I follow turn out to be boring & sometimes embarrassing with their dancing TikToks. Really weird how people still like very normal obviously attention-seeking posts.
