I picked up my order from the Hub as flipkart was unable to deliver it at my doorstep, i asked the representative on call if they ll reverse my delivery charges and she said yes but now they are denying it, why? So

10:13 and more than that rider reached to the hotel
35 mins more reached to my address

And customer executive says that we delivered before time
What about th food quality?
Food was ready way before the pickup

CEO help desk is of no help, from a big trust i bought ASUS laptop but there was a manufacturing defect and for the replacement also its been weeks but there is no help
I bought it from asus’s trusted reseller from Asus website

I made mistake by buying online laptop from asus official website, now my product is at service center with dead pixel in display and i am waiting for DOA, then replacement process and more and more waiting time. It sucks
