Cómo hacer un Excel en Claude Cowork en solo 7 minutos:

1. Descarga Claude en https://t.co/FH0HHV5aJ8.
2. Activa una cuenta Pro (20$/mes). Vale la pena.
3. Abre la app → haz clic en la pestaña "Cowork".
4. Selecciona una carpeta de tu ordenador.
5. Elige "Opus 4.7" + "Pensamiento Adaptativo".
6. Haz clic en '+' → Conectores → conecta Google Drive.
7. Pega esta plantilla de prompt:

"Crea una hoja de cálculo de Excel con: [DATOS].
Objetivo: [quién la usa, qué decisión apoya, 1 frase].
Pestañas necesarias: [nombre + columnas + fórmulas de cada una].
Formato: [moneda, fechas, filas fijas, totales].
Antes de construirla, lista tus 10 suposiciones principales para que las revise. Luego ejecuta."

8. La magia está en la última línea.
✦ Cowork se para y te muestra su lógica.
✦ Corrige lo que no cuadre, o di "construye ahora".
✦ Tú controlas la IA, no al revés.

9. Deja que Cowork trabaje unos 7 minutos.
✦ Observa cómo aparecen pestañas, fórmulas y dashboards.
✦ No toques nada hasta que termine.
✦ Resultado: 6 pestañas, 700+ fórmulas funcionando, 1 prompt.

10. Haz clic en "Google Drive" dentro de Cowork.
✦ El archivo abre directamente en Google Sheets.
✦ Todas las pestañas, fórmulas y formato, intactos.
✦ Más fácil de usar y compartir que Excel.

11. Quédate en Cowork para cualquier cambio grande:
✦ "Haz el escenario alcista más optimista."
✦ "Añade una pestaña Dashboard con indicadores clave."
✦ "Añade formato condicional en el margen %."

Lo que Cowork aún no puede hacer:
✗ Sin macros ni VBA.
✗ Sin conexión a bases de datos en tiempo real.
✗ No apto para entregar a un cliente sin revisar antes.

Consejo: el prompt es el 80% del resultado.
Fuerza siempre la revisión de las 10 suposiciones antes de construir.
Ahora ya sabes qué hacer primero.
