ELBIT 7 COURT CASE COLLAPSES!!

With only weeks before the start of a 4 day trial, the CPS has decided to drop all charges against 7 activists who carried out a 2 day occupation of Instro Precision arms factory last year!

Interesting (and fabulous!) development: the British state caught between wanting to punish dissent (by bringing the case against activists in the first place) and wanting to protract arms companies from scrutiny (by mysteriously dropping the case)

We must add a big thanks to everyone who has supported us, and even though we didn't make it into court we have still incurred big travel costs attending bail & preliminary hearings. And we have done a lot of useful research into Instro & what they make.
