Imagine how crazy it would be if Blake Lively subpoenaed my and others’ bank account info, location data, and further invasive private info because she wanted to scare us out of criticizing her… only to then whine on social media about people not paying enough attention and “seeing themselves in her story.” Well she did that. We, the dozens of non-wealthy people whose free speech rights she was determined to stomp on for fun, see ourselves in her creative writing story exactly how she wrote it. Lively tried to use the press to gain sympathy through half truths and fabrications and then tried to use her wealth and power to scare critics who couldn’t afford to fight her subpoenas in court. She randomly accuses others of wrongdoing and villainizes them if they have an opinion she doesn’t like. Now she wants to make Justin Baldoni pay because she falsely accused dozens of people of a fantastical conspiracy.

Lively’s ask for our private information didn’t even happen until AFTER Baldoni and Wayfarer’s countersuit was dismissed. She once again seeks to make others pay because she took a lot of very smart, expensive attorneys and had them do a lot of very dumb and unethical things on her behalf. And they did it because they know their bills are getting paid no matter what, no matter how stupid her legal fees requests (complete with no invoices or proof whatsoever) is.

I told you it was going to be bad if Blake Lively was waiting til midnight to submit her letter for attorney fees. It wasn’t enough for Blake Lively to create a sham law suit to steal private messages. It wasn’t enough to bully Justin Baldoni on set and make false accusations. It was enough to blacklisted him to her Hollywood friends.

Folks, this woman and her team are so greedy she is asking for $8 million dollars 😮😮 The NYT is asking for 150k for the same motion. Lively is asking 800k from Wallace for the same motion. This is a desperate play after Lively settled her own pretend sexual harassment case for ZERO DOLLARS. People with brain cells can see this is a pathetic attempt. Update on Afroman situation after speaking with him on the phone: I can confirm that the intermediary I spoke with was working with Afroman and was not conducting an independent scam (as I had suspected). While some others were not charged for interviews, he does charge sometimes when it involves smaller channels. For magazines like Rolling Stone or other shows that will generate exposure, he does not charge. So while some creators/outlets were not charged, some (including me) were. So my money was not taken without his knowledge. Unfortunately, after paying back in March, I was consistently blown off for 2 months. I asked for my money to be refunded at the end of May after giving a final deadline and being ghosted on that day.

Afroman has agreed to refund my money. He acknowledged he was supposed to do the interview but had a lot going on and apologized for forgetting. I will update as soon as my refund is received and explain more about this later. It was a struggle to make this happen, but other creators assisted in moving things along by connecting me with his official manager. The intermediary I worked with for interviews does work with Afroman and was not an impostor. While I support Afroman’s cause related to free speech issues and do not hold any personal animosity towards him, this was a rough experience and very stressful. I have learned my lesson and will not agree to paid interviews in the future.

Thank you especially to The Young Jurks channel for helping me reach the manager who was able to help me resolve this issue. I will update again when I officially get my refund.
