@AvantiWestCoast If I give up at 2 hours is there any other contact route? The journey I’m requesting about is next Sunday, so I can to through the form route as the wait time could be up to 28 days.
@AvantiWestCoast Any steer on call wait times at all? When I called the automated message said wait time was 30 mins. That was 1h 30mins ago...losing the will to stay on the line.
@AvantiWestCoast Appreciate the message. I may as well hold on to the two hour mark now. Frustrating as if they call time communicated had been accurate I would have hung up straight away and not added to the queue.
@lufthansa No response to the above - can you help resolve this? You’ve arranged an impossible connection so I can no longer take this flight. Ts and Cs state full refund in these cases, however I’ve noted the ‘refund’ button has now been removed from my bookings page.
One of my upcoming flights was cancelled, and @lufthansa rebooks me onto an alternative route, which involves me getting on my SECOND flight BEFORE my first flight of the journey. 😂 Who’d have thought that 2020 would also be the year we finally crack time travel.

@Ryanair Been DMing for days & can’t get through on the phone. Website (and app) both glitching whichever option I select - tried to change flight and refund, both reverting me back to the home page. My cancelled flight was meant to be tomorrow morning - can anyone please help?
@Ryanair Still no response? I’m aware that the website says to rebook by 25th March so getting a bit anxious I’m not going hear back in time and lose my flight and money.
