I am absolutely heartbroken to hear of the passing of Hayden Panettiere. 💔
As probably one of the biggest @Nashville_ABC fans on the planet, this one really hurts.
Hayden brought Juliette Barnes to life in a way that was raw, complicated, vulnerable, fiery and unforgettable. She didn’t just play Juliette..she made us feel her. Through all six seasons, we watched this beautiful, wounded character fall apart, fight her way back, love deeply, make mistakes, and keep trying to find her way home.
Nashville has held such a special place in my heart for so many years and that makes this loss feel especially close to my heart.
Behind the character was a real woman with a real story, real struggles, incredible talent and a little girl who has lost her mother far too soon. 💔
Thank you, Hayden, for the music, the tears, the laughter, the heartbreak and for giving us Juliette Barnes and so many other amazing, memorable characters from so many other shows and movies. We will never forget.
Rest peacefully, beautiful girl. 🕊️❤️

Federal Liberal minister, Rebecca Alty, just got caught fabricating a fake CBC news headline.

A mocked-up image styled with the CBC logo, “breaking news” banner, and a headline that didn’t exist in any CBC publication.

The wording matched a federal government news release, not anything CBC ever wrote.

She got caught & her office quietly deleted the post.

Replaced it with a version that still looked like a news website, just without the CBC logo.

The office’s excuse: “the incorrect graphic was posted.”

The CBC’s response: “As the post in question no longer exists, we have no comment.”

This is a sitting federal Cabinet minister using fake mainstream media coverage to launder a government press release into the public mind.

It’s literally fake news.

The Carney government just filed a motion to ram Bill C-22, the mass Canadian spy bill, through Parliament by the end of this week.
