my life has been such a mess lately, I think I’m going to try and be in here more

I purged and then afterwards blew my nose and a piece of french fry came out of my nose

I’m officially one month b/p free. I’ve never made it this long in the last 3 years

I’ve only purged once in July, and that was 3 weeks ago. I really think that if I put my everything into it I can go the rest of the month as well without purging. That would be my longest record of being purge free

I’ve been so good with not purging but the moment I start to focus more on losing weight the b/p behaviours come right back

I just realised I pulled an all nighter for absolutely no reason. I though the deadline was tomorrow but it’s due the last day of May

I’m convinced I have some sort of body dysmorphia because when I look at myself in the mirror I swear I look ok and nice, but literally any photo of me that exists that someone else took of me I look like a hideous beast
