@InterstellarUAP Satan doesn’t want you dead. He wants you to be alive and feel hell while still alive. If heaven exists, then death in of itself becomes irrelevant since something better than earth awaits.
@CdeRoiste@wendelltalks Your still evading the question of why anything versus nothing - why universal laws instead of no laws, why laws with no law maker
@sagewilyam@wendelltalks That still does nothing to provide why there’s something in the universe, especially universal laws, and chemical properties that have the capicity to produce life rather than nothing.
@disgustipated42 The book of Enoch has been talking about “the watchers” since the time of the new testmeant…aliens or the concept of interdimensional meetings is nothing truly new in Christian lore .
@The_Astral_@alandidio So…the pastors had a meeting…which begs the question…who was the pastor in charge of facilitating the meeting and how did this pastor in charge get this top secret government clearance information?
@wendelltalks As someone who has followed the ufo community for a decade expect the following: a lot of misinformation, a lot of second hand misinformation, a lot of lies/hyperbole’s to promote upcoming books/book tours. The reality is that there might be something, but it’s rarely 1st hand.
@horsturode@PostDisclosure@BlindButcherBru Because he’s an atheist/agnostic who already has a fixed predisposition towards religion from the get go. It’s all confirmation bias no matter which way you look at it regardless.
@DrJavierDeLaHe1 Have we ever had a law maker without a law giver? For me the biggest argument for design, are aspects like the law of gravity, the law of thermodynamics, etc. You have these laws that the universe is bound by, and without these laws the universe simply wouldn’t work.
@Atomsmade questions. 1) if life was good, everything was good - how would one differentiate every day life and heaven? 2) is the fact that there is true evil not have meaning? Is suffering meaningless? Is redemption meaningless? 3) you mention laws - but fail to mention who made the laws
@TimONeill007 Also what are you talking about? There has been plenty of experts in medieval literacy study the shroud. Mechtild Flury-Lemberg, Franco Testore, Dr. Walter McCrone, …your just producing a lot of false information at this point.
@TimONeill007 But your foregoing to mention the missing 3 elements were critical. The depth and superficiality , didn’t encode in 3d, and the fact his image required chemical binders. The radiation experiment allowed for the same hovering effect , encoded in 3d, and required no binders
@ericlovesvinyl@Thomas_Banacek@ArchTheAtheist@ScottRoberts No they haven’t. And guess what, that’s fine..I love you, I will pray for you. I don’t know you, …but isn’t it strange how a complete internet stranger can express love Instead of hate? Regardless, I love
You, god loves you, and I hope you have a blessed day.
@ArchTheAtheist@LensScientific That does nothing to explain why biological chemicals allow for subjective experiences to feel like anything at all. (Like why does a color feel like anything?) As David Chalmers points to, why are we not just mindless zombies? We don’t just feel, but we have our own meta video
@ericlovesvinyl@Thomas_Banacek@ArchTheAtheist@ScottRoberts Oh I could keep going. DNA, the fine tuning of the universe to produce life, the hard problem of consciousness (why do pure chemicals even = emotions (hatred, sadness, anger. Why does the color blue feel like anything?)…why are there laws like gravity - without law giver?
@TimONeill007 Also, if we are to believe a radiation burst during Jesus resurrection event then that absolutely will significantly skew the c14 dating regardless.
@TimONeill007 So let me understand this correctly they tested a reserved tiny strand of c14 dated shroud & because it has no signatures of cotton or dyes the shroud is debunked? First, a tiny fragment cant speak on behalf of entire tested c14 fabric. Second, invisible repair weaving is real
