ℹ️ Your Mastercard will be disabled on June 14. Any remaining balance will be moved to your USD account, and you’ll be able to:
• Hold it as USD until your Visa card is issued
• Exchange into SDG to send to another account or withdraw at the Export Development bank main branch

We have paused activating accounts currently, but we expect to resume onboarding members onto the app soon. You’ll be notified by email and SMS once your account is approved and activated.
ℹ️ With Bloom, you're currently able to fund your account by depositing SDG or USD at an Export Development Bank branch. You can also use any existing balance on your Mastercard for online payments. The remaining services are temporarily offline.
The latest version release is still undergoing final testing with the Sudan payment network and our partner bank is in the process of attaining final approvals to launch these features to our Bloom members.
