i woke up, looked at my phone, looked outside and got back into bed

why am i so bad with socials anyway, -3lb down so far 😋

starting off strong today;

morning- 2 white monsters (22cal)

skipped lunch.

dinner- potato, tuna & coleslaw (405 cal)

snack- diet coke (2 cal)
water intake - 3L
