So in summary, great house, nail down your add ons. But do not pay for landscaping, its a joke. Would love to hear from anyone else who has stories to tell.......

So I bought a Bloor Home. Its a nice house. We are happy here. Lots of good stuff but also stuff that is really not good /1

And then the lawn......our unbelievably bad undulating potholed lawn. The landscapers did a terrible job. And 2 years down the line its not fixed. Communication is terrible. They tried to blame us, agreed to fix it, forgot, forgot again....we are still waiting /6
