@pioneerpudding@ATT It’s been three weeks. I’ve talked to enough reps that I’ve lost count. They told me this is a trending issue and there is no resolution at this time. Did I earn the right to be annoyed or should I “stfu” and continue to pay for services that don’t work?

@ATT I’ve talked to four different reps and I’m still not able to receive texts. My first ticket was supposed to be resolved on the 15th. This current one the 24th. That’ll be two weeks of not getting texts.
@ATTHelp I already have an active ticket. I just got off the phone with a rep for the fourth time. All I know is this is a trending issue and one agent said there is no estimate for resolution. This is a bad look for the most reliable network.
