Samsung so full of sh*t, refuses to fix hardware issue and now I’m stuck with 2k€ phone that does not work and they will not fix their problems. @SamsungDE @SamsungMobile

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

@SamsungDE Yes I did, your team is not helpful

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

Samsung so full of sh*t, refuses to fix hardware issue and now I’m stuck with 2k€ phone that does not work and they will not fix their problems. @SamsungDE @SamsungMobile

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

@SamsungDE And yes of course I did and no response…

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

After 12+ years of having a #Samsung phone I will no longer purchase Samsung devices. Paying almost €2k for a Z Fold 4 then breaking a year later and they will jot fix is bullshit. @SamsungDE @SamsungMobile

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

@SamsungDE @SamsungDE unfortunately it is too late I have requested my phone to be sent back to me. I wasted enough time on this, it ridiculous.

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

@ronanodowd @SamsungMobile Do not feel bad, seems like @Samsungmobile business practice. They did it to me as well.

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

@eryparv @SamsungIndia We have the same issue in Germany #SamsungWarrantySucks

[Brandon L. Provost @BLProvost]

Sounds like normal practice of #Samsung @SamsungDE @SamsungMobile
