@Apooooooorv @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Agree with you. They have a smart customer care system. When you call those numbers, you hear an automated outage message and then disconnect. No way to speak to anyone from the customer care team @JioCare @TRAI Bill also you get in full amount
