@ATL311 @andreforatlanta @GDOTATL @ATLNewsFirst @MidtownATL I appreciate the apology, but we need this fixed! Every day 8th street is gridlocked because cars are in both lanes. Cars coming down Piedmont can’t make the left onto 8th and Piedmont is backed up as a result. Just replace the double solid yellow lines, it’ll take 20 minutes!

Hello Mr. Mayor (@andreforatlanta) The @ATL311 reps are gems! But they are hamstrung by #bureaucracy. The crews re-paved 8th street, but did not replace the double yellow lines. #Midtown traffic is snarled and there was an accident last week. Please fix! 🙏🏽 @GDOTATL @MidtownATL

.@Atlanta_Police - I just witnessed a hit and run near Lenox Mall, after exiting off of 400. The Nissan was in the left lane, swerved into the middle lane, and clipped a KIA SUV. The Nissan continued to drive away, but the KIA went after them. Lost sight after that.
