@MirMint @lleizm1 I interpreted it as him saying I AM back to where I was in the beginning. He never left, never wavered from his feelings & stance regarding QL so for CY to go back to square one is the same as ever - to stay where he has always been standing. Could be wrong though 🤷🏻‍♀️

@duangism Some of us have been saying that we're definitely not watching the same show if you mischaracterize Qinglang that. CY has not been obsessed with him for 2-3 years just for no reason at all. CY doesn't do half-hearted or fruitless things. He actually SEES him beyond everything.

CY will never give up on their happy ending. Them going back home together at the end is probably a callback to the fortuneteller's words and a hint at their eventual inevitable happy ending.

In EP 10 all the road blocks CY & QL keep finding on their way to Camelia Village probably symbolises the hurdles in the relationship; CY trying to find other routes, his line about how the paths to the end are rarely straight — his unshakeable determination and devotion.++

@raysanism CY found the cotton swabs so he applied the oil on QL's lips instead of using his knuckles (becoming more impersonal), QL hiding the screen of the pc, maintaining privacy instead of being all open towards CY (preventing CY leaking the video & possibly preventing Lanjie's death)++
