@duolingo Duo, I finished the February challenge and it didn't give me the badge. I might cross the street in front of a cyber truck if I don't get it. 🦉
@edweirdsnowman I think convincing yourself to do things by reframing or redefining your goals and challenges is an effective way to get things done. I love little ways to trick the brain into being productive. Like the age old "first step of a gym habit is to put on your shoes every day"
U.S. election coverage overshadowed this phenomenal and huge leap forward for mankind's endeavor into stars. Arguably more influential to human history than any U.S. president will ever be. Everybody needs to see this! @SpaceX#Starship https://t.co/wcuW1iAvKd
Starship’s fifth flight test was a seminal moment in iterating towards a fully and rapidly reusable launch system.
Next up: the sixth flight test of Starship is targeted to launch as early as Monday, November 18 → https://t.co/oIFc3u9laE
@edweirdsnowman I tried scrolling down my feed to look for a political ad but I forgot I have premium 💀but I'm really surprised how actively Elon is discussing his political views on the platform
I had this same learning moment from my college counselor in Senior year of high school. Unknown to me, the counselors asked teachers to write comments about all their students. A common sentiment among my teachers was I spoke little, but when I did it was usually something great. That idea stuck with me and I want to say keeping it in mind has had a big impact on my life. "A man of few words" my family loves to call me.
A Dalai Lama quote I love and think about often is:
"When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. But if you listen, you may learn something new"
@HawaiianAir Over 3 weeks ago I sent an email and filled out a support ticket to your CAO division. You guys misplaced my bag and it was delayed to my destination. I requested compensation. I have not gotten any response from your CAO and it's been almost 1 month.
