It blocks warrantless civil ICE arrests in courthouses, public schools, childcare centers, hospitals, community health centers, and nursing homes. It also bars new 287(g) deals. Good luck with that act on appeal.

A boxed-in car on a Sherwood street is none of those places, but even if it were, ICE should just laugh at these Acts that keep getting overturned by higher courts.

Two days before she signed it, ICE took Maycon Souto Dos Reis, a Brazilian national convicted of aggravated murder, at Westborough District Court.
