SLED broke up a dogfighting operation in Cherokee County. Dennis Ray Williams and Samuel Garen Mobley now each face charges including criminal conspiracy, ill treatment of animals, and animal fighting or baiting.

South Carolina does not tolerate this. Animal abusers deserve prosecution, not leniency. These men need to face the full weight of the law.
