The 6th Blue Planet Sci-fi Film Festival was wrapped up in success on 12/28/2024 in Nanjing after it received a total of 326 #scifi #films from 19 countries/regions around the world, including 150 of them generated with #AI, as the first-time trial at this #filmfestival.

The 6th Blue Planet #scifi #filmfestival was officially commenced at the HK #filmart on March 13 to receive global submission. A forum themed "Chinese Science Fiction Film, Fusion and Co-creation" was also held to explore the ways to diversify Chinese sci-fi #films production.

The Blue Planet has added another heavy-weight filmmaker to its pitching program's mentor team. Mr. Li Miao, who just won the Best Art Director of the 35th Golden Rooster Award for his work on the #scifi film "Moon Man", will provide VR production guidance on 5 selected projects.
