When finally frustated and i ask for replacement or refund of the faulty product since no replies and updates. Bought it for my Grandpa but it's become bane for him Not letting him sleep.

Its not even been 10 days product started giving problems buttons don't works, automatically starts and off like ghost in middle of nights.
