Bought for about 18m, can’t see us getting 30m for him based on links, so can’t buy into this being a good move tbh - keep him.

Why would he extend contract when there’s a few ahead of him in squad depth.

He’ll develop better there with the game time he’d command. Let him have the opportunity but let’s negotiate the chance to get him back at the right price.

⚖️ Then positional replacements for anyone we sell
📝 Then extensions for anyone left who has a year on contract

This feels like a no brainer transfer for me for 1 of those needed RB slots. Low risk/ high reward potential.
