"Principled conservatives" will ask a question like this

and it is so far removed from reality that it's hard to even begin to answer it as if it is a meaningful question - in the actual reality that we live in there's a federal bureaucracy with effectively unlimited power that also entirely decides how to interpret the broad grants of power that it has

For example, someone somewhere decided to outlaw lightbulbs - not enough lumens per watt to meet their standards, you see. Of course, this person is unfireable and that decision is irreversible - because being able to fire this person or reverse his decision would be "giving more power to the presidency"

Confronting this reality would mean giving more power to the actual president - a single man - to deal with the omnipotent bureaucracy that's ruled this country for about 90 years. Of course, no structure rules a country for 90 years without accreting people who make a living helping it function "smoothly" and disrupting that would make all of those people your enemy for upsetting their rice bowls. As bad as that would be, those people are just the tip of the iceberg

The bigger defenders are those who are "ideologically" committed to rule by bureaucrat because they know they control the "crucial epistemic advantages" that allow them to "manipulate procedural outcomes" [in this case read: "manipulate belief"] and those people terrify "principled conservatives" because they have a crucial epistemic advantage over *them* - the "principled conservative" *believes in the moral rightness of the progressive cause* and if progressives call a principled conservative a Bad Person for saying that progressives don't actually have the right to rule "principled conservatives" would simply grovel - "oh please don't call me a *racist*!"

They know it's about power, "conservatives" do not

If you want to understand what people mean when they say Third Worldism it’s this. This exactly where the Muslim-Christian Alliance comes from. This is exactly where the Left-Right Alliance comes from. This is exactly why you now have people saying to turn their neighborhood into a favella if it hurts ZOG. It comes from a complete and total victim mentality, a place of weakness and loathing. It’s pathetic.

It is why what you must have, at the forefront, is a positive vision of yourself. A love of one’s own people first. Own religion first. Own country first. That has to be the priority and focus from which things then flow, which then orients you far better than a focus on victimhood, whether it is real or perceived.
