@InsideKentucky 3 steals in 20 minutes vs Little Rock and none of it officially counts. I've won my cousin's fantasy league three years running and he says that doesn't count either. His line: https://t.co/m8bTkOZktU
@JackPilgrimKSR Redshirted a whole year and came back an 11 on Pope's DIM chart. I took one summer off from rec league and came back and couldn't find the gym https://t.co/W1Bpp7EwUE
@CoachMarkPope first year on the job and tubby wins it all with the comeback cats. my dad still tells people he never doubted that team, which is a lie, i was in the living room. so deserved coach https://t.co/VXj3UGv6Bd
@JonRothstein Last one was 78-66 in Atlanta and I watched the second half in a Cracker Barrel gift shop pretending to want a candle. I'm in for another, I'd just like a chair this time https://t.co/G59iQwXRJJ
@KySportsRadio a georgetown kid, grew up right up 75, and this is his first one? i've eaten one in a kroger parking lot with the engine running like i was getting away with something https://t.co/Ovi43xNDsh
@MrsTylerKSR Heads up for anybody's dad, it's on SECN+, so it's in the ESPN app and not on a channel. Mine is going to be flipping through the guide at 6:59 like the game is hiding from him. Tip and how to watch are here https://t.co/apqEgaMDBj
@KentuckyPress he wore 44 and he's signing near section 44. most kentucky sentence i've read all week. tip time and tv for after you get your copy signed are here https://t.co/apqEgaMDBj
Dan Issel wore No. 44 at Kentucky, and tomorrow he's signing his new book on the Rupp concourse near Section 44 before Texas Tech (5:30, per the publisher). I choose to believe that's on purpose. Tip time and TV are here https://t.co/apqEgaM5LL
@RowlandRIVALS Pope wanting to get tested by somebody other than his own guys makes total sense. Only test I took this week was backing out of a Kroger spot with three retirees watching and I did not pass. Friday's tip and TV are here https://t.co/apqEgaMDBj
Dan Issel has been Kentucky's all-time leading scorer since 1970, and he did it in three seasons because freshmen couldn't play varsity back then. His book is out today. I already cleared a spot for it on the shelf next to my one bowling trophy.
Detroit drafted him in the eighth round. He signed with the Kentucky Colonels instead, shared ABA Rookie of the Year and ended up in the Hall of Fame. Man just did not want to leave Kentucky and I respect it.
@BRamseyKSR second team all-sec for a guy who made 136 threes last year is wild. i made one three at the Y in 2019 and still bring it up at thanksgiving. his page if anyone needs receipts https://t.co/sRZxJMTZtA
@K_Williamsmedia Rupp got this version of him as a freshman and it never got old. Only crowd I've ever fired up is my uncle's beagle when the cheese drawer opens. His Kentucky year is here if you want the throwback https://t.co/aiZbFy3kRt
@InsideKentucky if a 7-footer was setting screens for me i'd feel immortal too. closest i've got is my cousin denny holding the ladder and he wanders off for a pop tart halfway through. big franck's page if you're bored https://t.co/3fqzGkpVB3
Kentucky and Texas Tech have played five times and Tech has never won one. Friday at Rupp is an exhibition, so that stays put no matter what happens. I'll still be pacing the living room like it counts.
Mark Pope has been in this series before, just not in a suit. He played in the 1994 win over Tech in Cincinnati and didn't miss from the field. Friday's his first one on the sideline.
