We started World Book Day by reading the story 'The Day the Crayons Quit'. We have enjoyed a day filled with colour! 🌈 We explored what happens when we mix colours together. Lots of surprised faces when our hands changed colour! 🎨🖌️#befsreads #WorldBookDay

We love maths in Blue Class! We worked together to order the Numicon shapes and enjoyed the challenge of playing swap the shape with our partner. Fantastic problem solving to guess which shapes had been swapped!🌟😃

We enjoyed creating our own ‘A Starry Night’ paintings inspired by the artist ‘Vincent Van Gogh’. We thought about the colours we needed to paint for the sky, moon, stars and houses, as well as using a swirl technique too. Beautiful art work, well done Blue Class!🌟🌠

As part of PSHE this week, we worked in pairs to complete a one minute challenge. We used our fine motor skills to sort colours and transfer pom-poms before the timer ran out! Fantastic team work and lots of fun! 😃🌟
