Something that makes Daniel Suarez a fitting winner to the first race after Kyle Busch's passing: In Mexican culture, there is great reverence for the deceased. They are very family-oriented people, and Suarez gets to have his family with him each Coke 600 week.
"Kyle, he wasn't my family. But he was someone that gave me a hand when I needed it most. And it wasn't just a hand. It was a hand of a legend, it was a hand of somebody with so much experience. So for that I will be forever grateful. Forever grateful.
"Kyle was one of the few drivers out there that I never had an issue with. We always got along amazing. One time he got in trouble in Cancun, he called me, Samantha called me. I mean, some of you guys know what happened there. And then after the race in Mexico City, we partied together, he came to my party.
"I just love the guy. He was an amazing person. And for me, one of my goals this weekend is for people to understand these stories of him. Because a lot of people didn't know who he was as a person. Many people, fans, they knew him as a racing driver.
"But the person, the person that is behind the firesuit, behind that helmet - that's what counts the most. That family man. Every time that you talk to Kyle about Brexton, his eyes light up. He was a family man. And because of that, this race is so special. All the combination of these things.
"And I want to make sure that the focus and the most important thing about this victory is not Spire Motorsports, it's not Daniel Suarez - it's Kyle Busch. Because he was a very, very important piece for me to be here and for Spire Motorsports to be where it is right now."
I’ve been going through old interviews with Kyle Busch over the years. I loved this one with him & Samantha that showed the softer side of Kyle as a Dad and husband. After everything they went through to start a family, they made it their mission to help others who had dealt with similar hardships.
I’m going to miss this man. I loved his cocky interviews and he took no 💩 off of anyone. He was the driver I loved to hate for years and now my heart is broken. Prayers up for the Busch family! RIP Kyle Rowdy Busch🙏🕊️🏁
NEW: Internet users have raised $280,000 for an elderly man who became a DoorDash delivery driver to help pay for his and his wife's bills.
A Tennessee woman decided to take matters into her own hands when she saw the man delivering her Starbucks.
"I work because I have to. I don't really want to. I was actually retired, but my wife lost her job at no fault of her own, which also means she lost her health insurance," the man told the customer who tracked him down after seeing him on her Ring camera.
"So by the time we pay our living expenses plus our medical expenses for our medicines, we have nothing left at the end of the month."

@femalebodybuil6 Finding a great support system filled with quality people, and a hobby that helps you get outside of your own thoughts for a while. For me it’s trail running.
@SenMarkey just said we should be fighting for a universal healthcare system that people can take advantage of. Wtf is wrong with these people? How are we going to afford these things when we’re trillions of dollars in debt?
Senator @MichaelBennet literally just said “we’re the richest country in the world.” Tell me you’re delusional without telling me you’re delusional. Trillions of dollars in debt, but we’re rich. Sir, stop banging your hands on the podium and research how in debt this country is.
@otokyo I 100% agree with this. My wife and I agree that we will 100% pay for our three girls to attend a trade school but if they choose college, they will be footing the bill. A degree isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on but a trade provides a lifetime of income.
