@love_hartman Hi, I’m trying to order covers for my Heritage Grand Square Dining Set, however your spares website is so badly designed I can’t complete a purchase. Is there another way of purchasing this set please? Thanks.

@zaracottrill If you’re not happy with the NHBC response you can then escalate to Financial Ombudsman Service or the Consumer Code for Homebuilders. Painting the bath is a bit cheeky!

@zaracottrill If you’ve got a more general snagging issue you can employ a surveyor to do a snagging survey for you, and they may find snags you otherwise wouldn’t notice. If TW don’t resolve satisfactorily then you can escalate to NHBC.

@zaracottrill Hi Zara, hope you’re both well. If your home came with a warranty such as NHBC you can claim any minor snags through them.
