@wholemars Seems like they could do it now, maybe with a phased approach. Unsupervised for the entire ride except the last mile where they make you pay attention again, but still FSD - parking and such.
@larsencc Got caught in a thinking loop yesterday will trying to modify a gif. I let it cook. Checked back 20m later with the same output being repeated again and again. Finally stopped it. Ate up all my usage. Maybe fix that?
Just turned a bot loose on verizon to lower my monthly bill. Was wild watching the two bots go at it in chat…
Verizon bot: “while we’re waiting, tell my how your day is going…”
My bot: “Doing great, thanks for asking. What’s the status of the loyalty discount?…”
Ended up dropping it $30 per month. Now i have a permanent “Subscription Wrangler Bot” for this stuff.

DHH is probably one of the top software artisans of the past decade. Hearing him speak with this much conviction and transparency about one of the most polarizing topics in software right now, writing code by hand vs. with AI, is something pretty much every software engineer should hear a few times.
Especially those still on the wrong side of history.
