Kista itu biasanya disebabkan krna Ketidakseimbangan hormon estrogen dan progesteron. Dan salah 1 ketidakseimbangan Hormon tsb berasal dri makanan yg tinggi kadar estrogennya.

Hindari makanan tinggi estrogen buat yg memiliki masalah kewanitaan (kista,endometriosis, adenomiosis)
