@ThorstenBr@F1BigData I'm sure the stewards have access to the telemetry and the microsectors of the track to determine if he lifted snd by how much going into t9
@LahtiWilliam@f1blag There was no vehicle on track today, unfortunately Jules hit a service vehicle when he lost control at Suzuka when pushing the limit
@unhappygilmore4@F1BigData George was up on time before he came across the single yellow, lifted, lost time and still had enough of an advantage over the finish line
@FWCLFC@MrDKnighty008@FanaticsFerrari If you look back at the footage, you will see that the light panel only showed a single yellow flag and not the diagonal double yellow. If the panel showed the double yellow, then George's pole lap would have been deleted away.
@PaulMillerX67@askcrofty@SkySportsF1 Hi, max got 5 sec penalty due to it being a first lap incident, and Lawson got the normal 10 sec as he went off the track later on and kept the advantage of keeping his position
@collegecondor @GBalzatug@RBR_Daily I think the rule is that the driver that moves to the inside must leave a cars width to the white line on the outside of the corner so lando did not have to move further to his left
@BatCavePhil@SkySportsF1 I think that quite was in reference to the last quali run in q3 where George was behind Lewis on the track and just managed to get over the line a few seconds before time ran out.
