@HSRdirector That’s a classic- I bought someone’s mom’s off of Marketplace because my kids love it for birthdays, holidays, etc. We always do black cherry koolaid, pineapple sherbet and Sprite. Make ice cubes out of koolaid or juice so it doesn’t get watered down.

@JeannaHoch But he disappears before Iowa. One child dies at 13, one has no children and my grandmother was the only surviving child of the 3rd and she wouldn’t talk about her father(3rd child). Very weird.

@JeannaHoch One other weird one is my great grandmother moved from North Carolina to Iowa with 3 children and no husband in the late 1800s. I think I may have tracked her in NC, but records are iffy. 3 kids before 20 and possibly a marriage at 16 to a 28 year old man.
