All in all a solid off season for the jays. Losing nembhard will definitely show early on, but I also believe this season we will be much improved from the three point line. Having kalk back will help hide some defensive liabilities. My player to watch is Mason miller. Huge fan.

Trey Alexander is leaning towards staying at creighton. Will work on being ball dominant and share some of the pg duties.

Something that doesn’t get talked about enough is what mcdermott has been drawing up at end of game. He has been regarded as best x and o coach and the looks we are getting is what any run of the mill coach could draw up. Maybe this personnel cant run his sets? #Creighton #ncaab

I firmly believe that last years team vastly over achieved and put impossible expectations on this years team. Fact is this team just isn’t all that good and neither was last years team.

@JBukowskiOmaha I think benched. Love him but he takes some ill advised shots. Not a capable shooter right now. Needed scorers to finish out the game. He will develop that moving forward tho IMO.

Can really tell the jays have been off for two weeks. Looking sloppy with the ball down the stretch. Hard for the true freshman too after such a momentum win against nova. Trey especially having trouble finding it
