@JoePorterUK@RSPBEngland WRONG! These politicians are getting away with murder while lining their pockets. They are personally responsible for the things they do like everybody else and should not be above common decency. Until they are held personally accountable, nothing will change for the better.
@RSPBEngland@Natures_Voice I don't think you should apologise to the government. They're the ones who should be saying sorry and make amends. Don't back down, these people should be held PERSONALLY accountable as well as politically for the damage they are choosing to cause. Grow a spine please RSPB!
@PTrubey@CrazyWeeMonkey@bobbyllew Are you saying facists want a better world for Jews or black people? This is simply not true. Right wingers believe that some people are better or more deserving than others, left wingers do not.
@andrewjasper201@CanAm_Indy@X “As bad as the US is, those rights have kept us more “Free” than any other nation to date” I’m not sure this is true unless you want to own a gun.
@GeorgeMonbiot First off I am not a Londoner. I live in north east. Cars rule the world here. They have advantage and are given all the rights over any other form of transportation. Our city basically runs on private taxis. A total ban on domestic vehicles and taxis would make life much better
@iainjclark @ChrisGPackham@UKLabour@Conservatives@LibDems Yes, this sounds about right if I’m honest. I’ll hope it goes better than that though. Like the suffragettes though, people currently protest will undoubtedly go down on the right side of history when all is said and done.
@lammie_j@JustStop_Oil The population of central London does not count as the general population. The general
Population needs groups like this to make a stand in the capital because it wouldn’t work anywhere else.
@cleanupbritain@NationalHways@BBCJustinR Yep, for some reason much of the British public seem to love throwing rubbish out of their car windows and making everywhere look like a bin. I don’t get how people can be so thoughtless.
🕊️ This Sunday, while processing yesterday’s scenes at Bruton’s St Mary’s Church, hear from Reverend Bill White — a 68-year-old priest and grandfather from Macclesfield who was arrested 3 times last week for demanding a liveable, fossil-free future for all.

@LivePhilosophyy Worrying can actually be a very important thing. For example there are things we ought to be worried about (climate change?, war, famine) and if we overlook that worry we risk diminishing or dismissing the problem. I think it is not meant in that sense here but still…
