@virginmedia Still intermittent and exceptionally slow. Please can you provide a way of contacting you which isn’t through an automated website response service and one which fixes the poor performance issue. Unfortunately saying sorry on Twitter doesn’t fix the problem.

@virginmedia broadband can’t get any slower - substandard and delivers no where near their advertised minimum speeds. Complaints via website and messaging fall on deaf ears. Please advise @virginmedia as this seems to be the only way of communicating with you!
