The leading cause of maternal mortality is abortion, so it seems like you should be arguing to end abortion, considering it’ll stop both mothers and children from dying.

I don’t like your argument because you’re using very rare cases to argue for the hundreds of thousands of cases where it is simply an inconvenience. Why do you think the baby of your rapist is just as much as an inconvenience as one that just isn’t
