Velalix Update Notes (Jul 11, 2026)
■ RSA asset analysis
For Google responsive search ads, you can now compare performance for each headline and description in one view. It automatically surfaces assets that aren't driving conversions, and ads with too many headlines where delivery is skewed. Run it from "Diagnostics" in the dashboard.
■ The AI chat now remembers
Tell the AI chat your target CPA or how you want an account run, and it remembers and applies it in later conversations. Say it once — like "target CPA for this account is 8,000 yen" — and you won't have to repeat yourself.
■ Fixes
- Chat history didn't open when selecting a past conversation in the AI chat (bottom right)
- The Google Ads list sometimes failed to display

Actually,
I have already created many of them in my daily life, although many remain
unpublished.
The most straightforward example is pricing.
There are many corporate services with high price points, but what does price validity in the market really mean?
There is an opportunity there, isn't there?
My real story.
How did I land my first paying user?
The answer:
I reached out directly to friends and clients who actually wanted the problem solved.
That’s it.
No ads,no funnel.
Just do it.
Development projects aimed solely at building an app usually end up as mere self-satisfaction.
Focus on addressing your own pain points and needs, or solving problems for users in the market. An app is simply a means to an end, just a part of the process.
At the end of the day, how well a product is perceived by users does not always correlate with how good the product actually is.
Moreover, the appropriate approach varies significantly depending on the industry and the characteristics of the users.
When we talk about development, we tend to focus too much on the product and its performance, but we need to think more deeply about information architecture from a user perspective, such as user experience and UGC.
If you want to grow an app to $10k/month, distribution matters more than the product.
From my experience, the 4 best beginner-friendly marketing channels are:
1. Organic TikTok slideshows
- Easy to make. Can get millions of views.
- But not always the best for paid conversion.
2. Organic AI influencers/UGC
- Better conversion, but expensive and hard to scale.
- You need a real workflow before building an AI UGC army.
3. Hiring paid influencers/UGC
- Can work really well.
- But creator quality is inconsistent, outreach takes forever, and good influencers are not cheap.
4. Paid ads (Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads)
- The fastest way to scale MRR.
- But margins drop fast if your niche or funnel doesn’t convert well.
No channel is perfect.
The real unlock is stacking channels:
organic + influencers + AI UGC + paid ads.
That’s how you scale. 😌
Update Notes (Jul 9, 2026)
■ Metrics now match your ad platform dashboards
We reworked how conversions, CPA and ROAS are calculated, so the figures now match what you see in Meta and Google Ads. We also unified the definition of date ranges such as "Last 7 days," which previously differed from screen to screen.
Your numbers may look different from before. The figures you see now are the correct ones.
■ Bug fixes
- Switching ad accounts could leave another account's data in the table
- Opening a URL with an ad account specified would drop that selection
- KPI cards cut off long amounts (¥167,306 shown as ¥167,30)
- A green "improving" arrow appeared even when the change was 0%
- Japanese text appeared on the English interface
■ Faster performance
The dashboard now loads faster when you first open it.
If anything feels off or hard to use, let us know in the feedback channel.

Meta + Google Ads + GA4 in one dashboard,
with an AI agent that tells you what to do next.
Shipped this week: staged budget ramps that step changes
gradually so you don't reset the learning phase.
Small thing. Bites everyone.

Velalix Update (2026-07-08)
■ Staged Budget Plans
Approved budget changes are now broken into steps that won't reset Meta's learning phase.
- Max ±20% per step, minimum 48 hours between steps
- Automatically stops and notifies you if the trailing 7-day CPA degrades past your threshold
- Defers a step by 24 hours if the ad set is still in the learning phase
The system prevents the classic mistake of moving budget too fast and wiping out learning.
■ Autopilot improvements
- Proposal outcome tracking: after you act on a proposal, we track whether the numbers actually improved
- Budget pacing alerts: flags campaigns burning budget faster than planned
- Statistical wasted-query detection: we no longer treat a low-click query with zero conversions as "wasted" — no warning is raised until there's enough volume to judge
■ Ad creation (Phase 1)
You can now create an ad by swapping only the creative on an existing ad. It's the most frequent operation in day-to-day ops.
■ Meta connection
The connection dialog now uses Facebook Login for Business (config_id). Connecting should be smoother.
■ Fixes
- Fixed Google Ads daily budgets being misidentified in some cases
- Fixed missing English translations in ad set details
- Fixed the "not connected" warning flickering on load
- The campaigns page now remembers your selected ad accounts, so you don't have to reselect them every visit
