I’ve been avoiding this space for a while, but I have a story that may help others in future. I was minding my business, hanging with friends in Texas and boarded my flight home from Austin on Thursday night and people started getting messages about a fire near Heathrow… 1/
@360vegasKeren@British_Airways All I have to do now is fill in the forms to get the hotel and food money back from BA and hope the ‘catastrophe’ cover on my travel insurance covers the return leg of the trip and not just the outbound. @360vegasKeren The moral of the story is @British_Airways holidays did a great job of calling me back after a few hours and arranged a new flight. Trust the process, don’t hang out in the airport and moan to people who don’t have the power to help. Stuff will sort itself out 13/
Oh great! Looks like some massive a*holes have decided to try and go on a massive multi thousand pound spending spree using my credit card details over the phone. Fortunately @mbna called me and blocked the transactions, so phew! Good job MBNA fraud team 😀 Christmas is saved 🎄
