@kilucasAR As I watch for non-verbal cues from the analyst, I try to participate in the conversation [not presentation] a little bit so that it isn't awkward when I say, "spokesperson name, did you also want to discuss x,y,z?" or "analyst name, what do you find most interesting about that?"
