Tarted up a Railroad Flying Scotsman and Teak coaches to look “as preserved” Pretty pleased with how they’ve come out considering it’s our first proper effort 🤔 #TMRGUK#FlyingScotsman#hornby#weatheredmodels
Shot by W. H. G. Boot in June 1949, a crew checks over their steed at Exmouth Junction Shed - a rather battered 21C1 Channel Packet. Soon sent to Eastleigh for a much needed overhaul, 21C1 would be rebuilt in May 1959 & withdrawn on 22nd November 1964 from 70F Bournemouth Shed.
@NSE_Latchmere@BrittasFan Yes! Love Brittas - also have the box set of DVDs!! Though it did steal Rimmer for a bit of series 7 of Red Dwarf… so there were mixed emotions at the time 🤣
Not been able to get out to the OO layout this week as still recovering from an op, but there’s been some @hornby#TT120 arrivals #tmrguk. 2x A4’s in the shape of 60025 Falcon & 60016 Silver King, A3 60078 Night Hawk & the unmistakable A1 4472 #flyingscotsman + rolling stock!
