To respond to this week's events regarding the advert in the #BMJ and @amateuradam , here is a message from our MD @Sam Whitaker
if you have any questions or queries, please reach out to [email protected]
How depressing to see this in the BMJ. It’s hard to say those figures don’t present a compelling argument. It all leads to a big question for the govt: if you don’t address doctors’ very reasonable pay concerns, alongside their conditions and wellbeing, guess where they’re going?
@amateuradam This particular role is great for 1st timers to AUS, but of course there are fair few more roles like this elsewhere Down Under. Rest assured, the majority of our UK docs that work thru us do a 2-3 year stint max, then return to the UK to work in the NHS.
@amateuradam@amateuradam Firstly, WOW…thank u for the RT, we didn’t expect this. Just to clarify, our intent is to fill 2 vacancies in 1 of our key clients. Obv this has come at a “perfect storm” time that 100s (if not more) of UK docs are looking at career options outside the NHS.
