من نيويورك، نمثل اليمن في أعمال الدورة الحادية والثمانين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، حاملين صوت شعبنا وقضيته العادلة وتطلعاته المشروعة في استعادة مؤسسات دولته، وإنهاء الانقلاب الحوثي، وتحقيق السلام العادل والمستدام، بما يصون سيادة اليمن وأمنه واستقراره ويحمي مصالح شعبه.

تأتي مشاركتنا هذا العام في مرحلة بالغة الدقة، في ظل تصعيد خطير تشهده بلادنا والمنطقة ، اعتداءات حوثية مستمرة على شعبنا، وهجمات تستهدف المملكة العربية السعودية الشقيقة، وتهديد متزايد لأمن البحر الأحمر وباب المندب وحرية الملاحة والتجارة الدولية. وهي تطورات تؤكد مجدداً أن خطر الميليشيات الحوثية المدعومة من النظام الإيراني تجاوز حدود اليمن، ولم يعد تهديداً لليمنيين وحدهم، بل أصبح تهديداً مباشراً لأمن المنطقة واستقرارها وللمصالح الدولية.

التقينا، وسنلتقي خ��ال الأيام القادمة، على هامش الأسبوع رفيع المستوى للجمعية العامة، بقيادات وممثلي دول شقيقة وصديقة، ومسؤولي الأمم المتحدة والمؤسسات الدولية. ونحمل في هذه اللقاءات رسالة واضحة:
إن مواجهة هذا الخطر العابر للحدود مسؤولية مشتركة، تتطلب موقفاً دولياً أكثر فاعلية في دعم الحكومة اليمنية ومؤسسات الدولة، ومواجهة مصادر تمويل وتسليح الميليشيات وشبكات التهريب والدعم الإيراني، وتعزيز قدرة بلادنا على حماية شعبها وأرضها ومياهها وموانئها وممراتها البحرية.

وفي الوقت ذاته، نعمل على تعزيز علاقات اليمن مع أشقائه وأصدقائه، وتوسيع مجالات التعاون الاقتصادي والتنموي والإغاثي، وحشد المزيد من الدعم للتخفيف من المعاناة الإنسانية والاقتصادية التي خلفت��ا سنوات الحرب التي فرضتها الميليشيات الحوثية على شعبنا.

ومن على منبر الأمم المتحدة، نؤكد أن اليمنيين يتطلعون إلى السلام أكثر من أي وقت مضى، لكن السلام الحقيقي والمستدام لا يمكن أن يقوم في ظل سلاح خارج سلطة الدولة، ولا ��ع استمرار التدخل الإيراني وتمويل وتسليح الميليشيات، ولا في ظل تحويل الأراضي اليمنية إلى منصة لتهديد دول الجوار والممرات المائية والمصالح الدولية. إن استعادة مؤسسات الدولة واحتكارها للسلاح، وفقاً للمرجعيات الوطنية وقرارات الشرعية الدولية، يمثلان أساساً ضرورياً لأي سلام قابل للحياة والاستمرار.

نجدد تضامن بلادنا الكامل مع المملكة العربية السعودية في مواجهة الاعتداءات التي تستهدف أمنها وسيادتها ومواطنيها ومقدراتها، ونثمّن عالياً مواقف الأشقاء في المملكة ودعمهم الثابت للشعب اليمني ومؤسساته الشرعية، مؤكدين أن أمن اليمن والمملكة والمنطقة، وأمن البحر ا��أحمر وباب المندب، منظومة مترابطة لا يمكن فصل بعضها عن بعض.

لن نقبل أن يبقى شعبنا رهينة للميليشيات، أو أن يبقى اليمن ساحة مفتوحة لمشروع يهدد شعبه وجيرانه ومصالح العالم. هدفنا واضح: استعادة الدولة ومؤسساتها، وإنهاء التهديد الحوثي، وبناء يمن آمن ومستقر ينعم فيه شعبنا بالسلام والحرية والكرامة، ويكون شريكاً في أمن المنطقة واستقرارها.

هذه الجهود الدبلوماسية جزء من جهد وطني شامل يبذله اليمنيون في مختلف الميادين من أجل استعادة دولتهم وإنهاء معاناتهم وبناء المستقبل الذي يستحقونه، ستتكامل هذه الجهود لتبلغ غاياتها قريباً بإذن الله.

I was pleased to launch the Muslim World League’s event on the ethics of artificial intelligence, addressing both its religious dimension and our shared civilizational dimension, with high-level support and participation from the United Nations, during the High-level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

I was also pleased by the attendance of leading AI companies in the United States, the World Bank, leading American universities, prominent candidates for United Nations Secretary-General, as well as a large number of religious, intellectual, political, and academic leaders and research centers engaged in AI ethics research.

I was further pleased that the conference recommended entrusting the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations with developing the UNAOC Code of Ethics for AI, and that the organization accepted this recommendation.

As part of the event, I announced that the Muslim World League, in cooperation with a number of technology companies, will launch an AI lab to develop programs for the benefit of religious, educational, and humanitarian institutions engaged in religious affairs.

I also announced that the MWL will work to digitize and automate a number of Islamic and Arabic sources and books, making them accessible to AI companies while respecting intellectual property rights.

I further announced the establishment of a dedicated unit to identify and correct translation errors. Numerous errors have been identified in the translation of Islamic texts and related disciplines within some AI-generated content, resulting in concepts that bear no relation to the truth and giving rise to serious misconceptions and misinterpretations.

سعِدتُ بإطلاق فعاليّة #رابطة_العالم_الإسلامي حولَ أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي "في بُعدَيها: الدينيّ والحضاريّ المُشترَك"، بدعمٍ ومشاركةٍ عاليةِ المستوى من الأُمَم المُتّحدة، ضمنَ أعمال الدورة "الحادية والثمانين" للأسبوع رفيعِ المستوى، لجمعيّتها العامّة في "نيويورك".

وسعدتُ بحُضور كُبريات ش��كات الذكاء الاصطناعي بالولايات المتحدة، والبنك الدولي، وجامعات النُّخبة الأمريكية، وأبرز المُرشَّحين لشَغْل منصِب الأمين العامّ للأُمَم المُتّحدة، وعددٍ كبيرٍ من القيادات الدينية والفكرية والسياسية والأكاديمية، ومراكِز الدِّراسات المُهتمَّة بأبحاث أخلاقيات الذّكاء الاصطناعي.

كما سعِدتُ بتوصية المؤتمر بتكليف مُنظّمة تحالُف الأُمَم المُتّحدة للحضارات؛ لإصدار "مدونة تحالُف الحضارات لأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي"،

وقَبول المُنظمة لهذه التوصية.

وفي إطار الفعالية، أعلنتُ أنّ رابطةَ العالم الإسلامي ستُطلق -بالتعاون مع بعض شركات التقنية- معمَلًا للذّكاء الاصطناعيّ؛ لوضع برامجَ تستفيدُ منها المؤسساتُ الدينيةُ والتعليميةُ والإنسانيةُ المرتبطةُ بالشأن الديني.

كما أعلنتُ عن أنّ الرابطةَ ستعملُ على أَتْمتة عددٍ م�� المصادر والكُتب الإسلامية والعربية؛ لتُصبحَ مُتاحةً لشركات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع مُراعاة حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

أعلنتُ كذلكَ عن إنشاء وحدةٍ خاصةٍ لرصد أخطاء الترجمات وتصحيحها، حيث رُصِدتْ أخطاءٌ كثيرةٌ في ترجمة عددٍ من النصوص الإسلامية، والعلومِ ذات�� الصلة بها في بعض محتويات الذكاء الاصطناعي، تسبّبَتْ في مفاهيمَ لا تمُتُّ للحقيقة بصِلَة، نتجَ عنها تصوّراتٌ وقناعاتٌ جسيمةُ الخطأ.
