@airasia Simply put, this is a very difficult time for many, and many may not appear to need it but definitely need even the simplest thought and consideration; may take a great load off people's shoulders. @airasia 's staff could have done better. So much better.

Very disappointed with people who choose to WORK BY THE BOOK and put aside discretion and consideration of people's subjective circumstances. The 8-mo pregnant me was dismissed at the airport for my @airasia flight because the on ground staff refused to exercise his discretion!

Yes, @airasia can change my booking on goodwill, but I've explained my situation, I am left with almost no more money due to the travel prep inc the hefty RT-PCR; thus I need to get on the flight so I can finally settle down and be at peace to prepare for my labour.

In consequence of the missed flight, I can't even afford food due to having to spend my last pennies for the vain efforts to catch the flight. So, changing my booking isn't the best form of goodwill when @airasia on ground staffs can simply stretch the counter operation time

But I was inconsiderately dismissed despite my dire situation that I have no money to even spare for my return Grab fare. You can change my booking, but how else can I make the flight possible when I can't afford for the RT-PCR test.

It’s weird to finally realize how cruel it is the act of cheating even for something as trivial as PTPTN loan. Seeing an able young person living a well off life despite a circumstance which may permit him to apply for full loan to take a full loan is actually abhorrent.

No one should reduce their standard to fill in the gap of those who sets their standard so low. That's downright degrading one's value.

But, believe it or not, many people are caught in this situation.
