@JioCare , I am not able to register a service request for my internet outage. When I call customer care, get automated message that there's an outage in my area followed by an sms. The timelines get extended every #5 hrs. Happening for the past 48 hrs. .2

Network team is not aware of the outage as there is no service request in the system. I had to go to the field office to register my complaint. Pathetic service or is this a #scam

@amastays_trails , your property Heavens Lodge doesn't even check if the tents are fully equipped before giving it out to guests. Tried contacting front desk for the towels and nearly 2 hrs, yet to replenish. Not expected from a star property

A few years back @RailWireIndia was launched using the Railnet network, which provided free Wi-Fi across stations in the @indianrailway__ network . Why this can’t be extended to Wi-Fi services in trains ( free or paid)? @Ananth_IRAS ?

@vaibhav330 @Ananth_IRAS Good. Are the brands the same in EC and CC? Also, I think it depends on the catering contractor for that particular train. One good workaround for the food is, you can order on Swiggy, Zomato for delivery at intermediate stations.

@Ananth_IRAS Essentially, in today’s parlance, viability gap funding. Interesting to note a 5% guaranteed return ( pound sterling or inr) was kosher even then for FIIs, not withstanding epc margins on construction of railway lines.

@Jasonphilip8 Get well soon Doctor. Those privileged to have a medical insurance cover also suffer because insurance cos don't update rates. For eg., cataract surgery claims only covers or caps at 15% of sum insured while actual costs are 2x-3x.

How to avoid #spam calls from @Bajaj_Finserv , @Bajaj_Finance . They are retaining > 10 year data of old customers and passing it on to their channel partners to call. @RBI , why are you not regulating these abominable practices. Old cust data should be wiped after a certain time

@krithikasivasw Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai airports all seem glitzy and the promoters are making windfall profits from non-aero and real estate revenues. Decent, no frill services are provided at AAI airports. At least you know who to reach out to and where the buck stops at govt airports.
