If we are being real, Kimiko’s radiation should have killed Butcher when he held down homelander. Somehow the writers forgot Butcher has been rotting inside and dying for two seasons.

The unsettling thing about the boys finale is that believers of Homelander never really got to see the consequences of their support. Homelander didn’t get to destroy the world, the hero’s ended things too quickly leaving a dull impact then Vought continued.

Would have been sick if The Boys made Homelander god earlier in the season, like episode 5, followed by a genocide of non believers then next episode is apocalyptic with Marie from Gen V healing attacked non believers and resurrecting the dead and growing hope for starlighters.

@Becksburningham Twilight of the Gods is more compelling but scenes tend to jump a lot. Just completed it. I think the best animated action adventure series for me would be Castlevania.

All the characters in Blood of Zeus are supposedly Greek but have an American accent, then there’s the black character with a thick exaggeration of an African accent because why???

@Becksburningham Ah you noticed that too. Unlike most shows the side characters of BOZ were flat. Nothing interesting about them. They only gave him a storyline at the end just to make him die.
I’m watching Twilight of the Gods now and it’s a much better portrayal of Gods in comparison.
