Essa multa de 50 mil para quem usar VPN é inaplicável, além de obviamente ilegal. A única forma do demente conseguir levantar quem está usando VPN para acessar o X é com busca e apreensão dos celulares dos cidadãos comuns, uma vez que não há registro de acesso por parte das empresas de VPN. Ainda assim, não vai ter como ver se os indivíduos estavam de fato usando o VPN para acessar o X. Você pode estar acessando o X pela Starlink ou qualquer provedor que não está registrado na Anatel (quase metade no Brasil). A multa só serve para assustar bundão.
