With four senators absent and Escudero excluded, only 19 senator-judges would be voting, which means a simple majority of 10 votes would be needed to change the threshold to convict Duterte. https://t.co/QmHhWYbcc6

All this tells me is that even as Mayor, Sara Duterte was really used to mishandling confidential funds like itβs normal, her lawyerβs reaction is a dead giveaway lol
Atty. Sheila Sison defended Atty. Kristine Ferrer by saying Ferrer did not say misleading questions are allowed.
And that Ferrer was talking about a previous point of Atty. Lorna Kapunan.
Ngek!
We all heard it. Donβt gaslight us. Hindi kami DDS este uto-uto.

Atty. Ferrer, you will be remembered as one of the rude, condescending, arrogant defense lawyer along with Narvasa and Vinluan. Raising voices and trying to intimidate witnesses will not erase the fact that Confidential funds are misused and your client is Corrupt.

LIGUTAN: MISLEADING QUESTIONS NOT ALLOWED ON CROSS-EXAMINATION
READ: Counsel for prosecution Amando Ligutan reminds lawyers and law students that misleading questions are not allowed, even during cross-examination.
While he did not name names, the remark came shortly after Kristine Ferrer, a lawyer for Vice President Sara Duterte, claimed during the impeachment trial that she is allowed to ask misleading questions during cross-examination.
The remark also drew an objection from opposing counsel and veteran litigator Lorna Kapunan. | @bylancemejico
