@AmericanAir Flight 1796. Gate agent says we are waiting on the tow team to bring plane over. "Sometimes it's difficult to find them or find the plane". That's an odd statement. Also receive a text message from @AmericanAir that's attached. Which one is it? Is there a maintenance issue or is the tow team really busy or can't find our plane?

@Starbucks @Starbucks I just spent 25min waiting for a single order of egg white bites, and your team stated they were probably still 10-15min from making my food order. When the location is processing a ton of mobile orders (I ordered via line - direct in-person), might I offer a few suggestions....
The person at the cash register should proactively communicate it's a 40-50min wait for food. Secondly, maybe add an automated system to show the wait for drinks and food. It's not standard to expect to wait more than 15min for either food or drink. This needs to be fixed at busy locations.
