Absolutely ridiculous service from @Ryanair, couldn't check in on their App as it said "Online check-in unavailable". When I got to the airport they charged me £55 for airport check-in. I travel most weeks for work, Customer Service no help

The huge rush out to the 1 hour delayed plane was so we could then we told we had another 40 minute delay so now all the passengers are sitting on the plane soaked. Again nice work @Ryanair
